Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with solid experience in React.js and .NET Core to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate should have recent and practical experience developing modern web applications using React.js on the frontend and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core on the backend. You should be comfortable with modern React concepts, Hooks, global state management, REST APIs, backend development, and basic system design and application architecture.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in strong product-based or well-established technology organizations and a proven track record of hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and .NET Core.
- Build reusable and maintainable React components using modern React concepts and Hooks.
- Implement application-wide state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or similar technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
- Work with databases and implement productive data access using Entity Framework Core and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in application design, technical discussions, and system architecture/design.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend and backend applications.
- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement of the application.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Modern React concepts and React Hooks
- JavaScript / ES6+




- Global state management Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API / Zustand or equivalent
- Component-based architecture
- HTML5 / CSS3

Backend
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Strong knowledge of C#
- RESTful API / Web API development
- Entity Framework Core
- Dependency Injection and Middleware
- Authentication and Authorization
- Async/Await and exception handling
- SQL / relational databases

System Design & Architecture
- Understanding of System Design and Application Architecture
- High-Level Design (HLD) and basic Low-Level Design (LLD)
- API design and backend architecture
- Microservices fundamentals
- Design patterns and SOLID principles
- Understanding of scalability, performance, and maintainability

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience with Azure/AWS or other cloud platforms
- Docker and CI/CD
- Git
- Unit testing frameworks
- TypeScript
- Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who:
- Are currently hands-on developers in React.js and .NET Core.
- Have strong and recent experience with modern React and Hooks.
- Have practical experience with global state management.
- Can independently develop and troubleshoot backend services using .NET Core.
- Can explain basic system design, application architecture, and backend concepts.
- Have experience in a strong product-based or well-established technology organization.
- Are comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers.

Note: This is a hands-on development role. Candidates whose recent experience is primarily focused on architecture, management, or non-development responsibilities may not be suitable.
