Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (SDE), who believes in execution, possesses a challenge-accepted nature, and loves to build great products.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with back-end and front-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Strong understanding of Core JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Relational Database is critical for the role.

Responsibilities:

- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Design, build, and maintain high performance,



reusable, and reliable APIs.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the APIs.
- Maintaining the AWS infrastructure, security, performance and up-time.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and Design Patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions and

collaborate effectively within a team.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience building RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and SQL databases.
- Working knowledge of React.js or Angular.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Codex, or similar

coding assistants.

Good to have

- Knowledge of AWS Services.
- Exposure to columnar databases such as ClickHouse or StarRocks.
- Experience with benchmarking, profiling, and application performance optimization.
- Prior experience working in a startup or product-based company.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, Kafka, caching strategies, performance

optimization, and building scalable, event-driven backend systems.

Experience

- 1- 2 years of experience in application development with a primary focus on backend

engineering.
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Worked on performance optimization, debugging, and delivering reliable, high-quality

software.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across engineering functions.
- Ability to independently solve complex engineering problems and take ownership of

end-to-end feature delivery.

Qualification

- Education : A full-time B.E/ B.Tech Degree from a recognized university.Role & responsibilities
