About the Role

Amodis Tech is looking for a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer to work directly with our client, Innstrata, on the development and continued growth of its hospitality technology platform.

This is a full-time work-from-home position.

The selected developer will work closely with the Innstrata team and other developers across both the .NET backend and Angular frontend.

This role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership of features from requirements through development, testing, deployment and support.

You will also review work completed by other developers, investigate production issues and help maintain development quality across the platform.

This is not a position where you will work only on frontend or backend tasks. We are looking for someone who can understand and work across the full application stack.

About the Client

Innstrata develops technology for the hospitality industry, with a focus on improving guest check-in, identity verification, operational efficiency and property security.

Its platform connects hotel software, identity scanning technology, cloud applications and third-party systems.

The development environment includes web applications, cloud services, APIs, databases, desktop applications and integrations with external systems.

Because the platform processes sensitive guest information and operates in real hotel environments, reliability, security and accuracy are important parts of the development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Build new product features end to end across the .NET backend and Angular frontend
- Develop and maintain REST APIs using C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core
- Build and maintain Angular and TypeScript web applications
- Review pull requests from other developers before changes are released
- Provide clear and constructive feedback during code reviews
- Troubleshoot bugs and investigate issues reported by customers
- Diagnose problems across the frontend, backend, database and API layers
- Design and maintain SQL Server tables, relationships and queries
- Identify and improve slow or inefficient SQL queries
- Write automated tests for important application functionality
- Help improve build, testing and deployment processes
- Work directly with the Innstrata team on technical planning and development estimates
- Document APIs, system behavior, technical decisions and development processes
- Help maintain secure authentication, permissions, API access and customer data separation

Required Experience 3-5 years of professional software development experience





Candidates should have strong production experience working with both .NET and Angular.

Backend Development

Strong hands-on experience with:

- C#
- .NET / .NET Core
- ASP.NET Core
- REST API development
- Entity Framework or similar ORM
- Authentication and authorization
- Roles and permissions
- API integrations
- API keys and secure API access

Frontend Development Strong hands-on experience with:

- Angular
- TypeScript
- JavaScript
- HTML / CSS
- REST API integration
- Building and maintaining production web applications

Database Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including:

- Database design
- Tables and relationships
- Writing SQL queries
- Query optimization
- Indexes
- Troubleshooting database performance
- Maintaining data integrity

Microsoft Azure Hands-on experience developing, deploying or supporting applications using Microsoft Azure.

You do not need to be a dedicated DevOps engineer, but you should understand how cloud-hosted applications operate and be comfortable troubleshooting common deployment and application issues.

Multi-Tenant SaaS Applications

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications is strongly preferred.

The platform serves multiple hotel customers from a shared system while ensuring each customer's users, permissions and data remain securely separated.

Candidates should understand concepts such as:

- Tenant isolation
- User permissions
- Tenant-specific data
- Preventing cross-customer data access
- Secure API access

Git and Code Reviews Candidates should be comfortable with:

- Git
- Branches
- Pull requests
- Merge conflicts
- Reviewing another developer's code
- Receiving feedback on their own code

Previous experience performing code reviews in a development team is required. Preferred Skills The following skills are highly valuable but are not mandatory.

ABP Framework / ASP.NET Zero The backend uses ABP Framework / ASP.NET Zero.

Previous experience with either platform will be a significant advantage.

Windows Desktop Development

Experience developing Windows desktop applications using WPF is helpful.

The platform also includes Windows applications that interact with hotel ID and document scanning hardware.





Automated Testing and CI/CD

Experience with

- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- GitHub Actions
- CI/CD pipelines
- Automated build checks
- Automated deployment processes

Security and Sensitive Data Experience developing systems that process sensitive personal information is preferred.

Candidates should understand the importance of secure coding, access control and data protection.

The developer will communicate directly with both the Amodis Tech team and Innstrata team as part of the day-to-day development process.

Employment Structure The successful candidate will be employed by Amodis Tech and will work directly on projects for Innstrata, a client of Amodis Tech.

The developer will work closely with Innstrata's operational and development teams and will have direct involvement in product development, technical planning, troubleshooting and code reviews.

Compensation

Final compensation will depend on experience, technical depth and performance during the interview process.
