Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with strong experience in Node.js and React.js. The candidate will lead development, design scalable applications, mentor developers, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development using Node.js and React.js.
- Design and develop scalable web applications.
- Build and optimize REST APIs and Microservices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Focus on application performance, security and scalability.
- Work with Azure / AWS cloud services.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance.
- Participate in technical discussions, estimation and delivery planning.





Required Skills
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong Node.js / NodeJS experience.
- Good hands-on React.js experience.
- JavaScript / TypeScript.
- REST APIs and Microservices.
- PostgreSQL / SQL Server.
- MongoDB / Azure Cosmos DB.
- Azure and/or AWS.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD and DevOps.
- System Design and Software Architecture.
- Valuable communication and team leadership skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise/high-volume applications.
- Event-driven architecture.
- Automated testing.
- Performance optimization.
- Client-facing technical discussions.
