Designation: Full Stack Developer (React.js, Node.js & Python)

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Role Objective:

The Software Application Developer React/Node.js will provide technical support to the NISG PMU and DTCP for the BuildNow application. The resource will handle application-level development and technical analysis, troubleshooting, code review, API integration, performance optimization, and coordination with the BuildNow implementation vendor to ensure the application's stability, maintainability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, enhance, and maintain web application components using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend services.
- Review and analyze application code, technical designs, and development approaches implemented by the BuildNow application vendor.
- Develop and support RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and integration layers and support root-cause analysis of production incidents.
- Coordinate with the BuildNow implementation vendor for resolution of application defects, performance issues, and technical gaps.
- Support integration with Government departments, Single Window/NOC agencies, payment systems, and other external platforms.
- Work closely with the Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer, DBA, QA, and Security teams to resolve application-level technical issues.
- Review API specifications, request/response structures, error handling, authentication,



and data exchange mechanisms.
- Support application performance optimization, including frontend performance, backend API response times, and database interactions.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, application security standards, and remediation of vulnerabilities identified during VAPT/security audits.
- Support deployment activities, release management, version control, and CI/CD processes in coordination with DevOps teams.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, development best practices, and maintainability requirements.
- Support debugging and analysis using application logs, monitoring tools, and other diagnostic mechanisms.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, release notes, configuration details, and application change records.
- Provide technical inputs to DTCP/NISG PMU regarding application enhancements, change requests, technical feasibility, and effort estimation.

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

- Robust hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI
- Redux/Context API
- Responsive and mobile-first design

Backend

- Node.js, Express.js
- Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
- REST API and Microservices development

Preferred Experience: Experience in developing and supporting large-scale transactional web applications, e-Governance platforms, workflow-based applications, building permission systems, or Government digital platforms would be preferred. Experience in integrating applications with third-party and Government systems through APIs will be an added advantage.
