We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Full time Teaching Assistant to join our Kumon Math & Reading Centre team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping students build self-learning habits, academic independence, and strong foundational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Support: Work directly with students (including early learners) to guide them through English and Math worksheets using the Kumon method.
- Grading & Progress Tracking: Accurately grade classwork and homework, log results, and maintain organized student records.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a quiet, focused, and positive learning environment.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Centre Instructor with daily operational tasks, centre setup, student check-in/out, and parent communication.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
