About the Role

We are looking for a self-sufficient Full Stack WordPress Developer who can independently own a website project from initial server setup through development, testing, and final deployment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the entire technology stack — including server management, custom WordPress development, backend functionality, plugin development, frontend implementation, integrations, security, and performance optimization , without relying on a separate frontend development team.

If you can take a design, business requirement, or project brief and independently transform it into a fully functional, secure, responsive, and scalable WordPress website, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Manage and configure servers using WHM/cPanel, AWS, and Azure

Build custom WordPress themes from scratch, rather than relying solely on existing themes

Develop custom WordPress plugins and backend functionality based on project requirements

Handle complete frontend implementation, converting designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites

Design and optimize database structures, including Custom Post Types, taxonomies, and custom tables





Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services

Set up and manage staging and production environments

Handle website deployments and server configurations

Implement security best practices, including sanitization, SSL, firewalls, malware protection, and secure coding practices

Optimize website performance through caching, CDN configuration, database/query optimization, and code optimization

Perform website migrations, backups, and server transfers with minimal downtime

Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently across the frontend, backend, database, and server environments

Monitor and maintain websites after deployment to ensure stability, security, and performance

What You Need

Must-Have Skills

3+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience, including custom theme and plugin development

Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP), MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Proven experience managing servers through WHM/cPanel and at least one cloud platform such as AWS or Azure

Pay: ₹380,951.23 - ₹1,637,230.51 per year
