Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer who can independently manage and develop both the frontend and backend of our websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern web technologies, database management, APIs, website performance, security, and deployment. The candidate will work closely with the management, marketing, creative, and operations teams to develop new website features and improve existing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's websites and web applications.
- Handle both frontend and backend development.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly web interfaces.
- Develop and integrate backend systems, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web pages.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, scalability, and security.
- Manage website hosting, deployment, domains, SSL, and basic server configurations.
- Integrate payment gateways, CRM, analytics, forms, APIs, and other required tools.
- Develop admin panels, dashboards, and internal web-based tools as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
- Maintain existing website code and implement new features based on business requirements.
- Ensure proper database structure, data security, backups, and access controls.
- Work with the marketing and SEO teams to ensure websites are technically optimized for SEO.
- Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking where required.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Follow coding standards, version control, testing, and documentation practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors or developers when required.




- Stay updated with new web technologies, AI tools, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Skills

Frontend:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js / Next.js or similar modern frameworks
- Responsive website development
- UI/UX implementation
- API integration

Backend:

- Node.js / PHP / Python or equivalent backend technology
- REST APIs
- Authentication and authorization
- Database management

Database:

- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB or equivalent
- Database design and optimization

Additional Skills:

- Git / GitHub
- Website deployment and hosting
- Domain and SSL management
- Third-party API integration
- Payment gateway integration
- Basic cloud/server knowledge
- Website security and performance optimization
- Basic SEO and technical SEO understanding

Preferred
- Experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB/PostgreSQL
- Experience developing e-commerce websites
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar
- Experience integrating AI APIs and automation tools
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation integrations
- Experience working with analytics and conversion tracking
- Ability to independently manage a website from development to deployment
