About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full Stack MERN & Data Analyst Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and professionals in Full Stack Web Development and Data Analytics.

The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on MERN Stack Development and Data Analytics.
- Create and deliver structured lectures, practical exercises, assignments, quizzes, and projects.
- Teach students through real-world examples and hands-on projects.
- Guide students in developing portfolio projects and industry-ready applications.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve students' technical doubts and provide individual mentoring when required.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry practices.
- Conduct assessments, coding exercises, project reviews, and mock interviews.
- Help students prepare for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and progress reports.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on real-world software development or data analytics projects.
- Experience with GitHub and project-based learning.
- Knowledge of deployment platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Render, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating dashboards and business reports.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern development/data-analysis workflows.
- Ability to prepare students for interviews and industry requirements.
