Role

1. Software Development: Around 3 years of experience in software development, with strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving, debugging, and the ability to work across different application layers.

2. GoLang: Hands-on experience with GoLang for developing backend services, REST APIs, and scalable application components.

3. Flutter UI Development: Good hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart and strong UI development skills, including responsive design, reusable components, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI/UX principles.

4. API Application Integration: Experience integrating UI/Flutter applications with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and backend services, with a valuable understanding of end-to-end application flow.

5. Cloud Applications: Experience or understanding of cloud-based applications, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native development practices.

6. AI Tools AI-Assisted Development: Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools. Ability to effectively leverage AI for coding, debugging, test generation, code reviews, documentation, troubleshooting, and improving developer productivity.

7. Modern Engineering Practices: Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, unit testing, code reviews, Agile development, and software engineering best practices.

8. Networking Domain - Added Advantage:



Knowledge of wireless and wired networking concepts, network management, protocols, or networking products will be an added advantage.

9. Product Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality product features.

10. Overall Profile: Looking for a versatile engineer with a strong combination of GoLang, Flutter, and UI skills, a cloud-first mindset, strong adoption of AI-assisted development tools, willingness to learn, and the ability to work across different technologies.
