Role Description The Full Stack Java Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and software solutions across the stack, with a focus on Java-based technologies.

Responsibilities include building robust back-end services, implementing responsive front-end interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring application performance and security. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. This is a full-time,



on-site position based in Sangli, requiring regular coordination with project stakeholders and adherence to established development standards and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, preferably with Java and related frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills to work across presentation, business, and data layers.
- Candidates should possess experience with relational databases, SQL, and basic database design principles.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and familiarity with testing and debugging tools.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in web application security, RESTful APIs, and agile methodologies is beneficial.
