About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture, development, and delivery of our scalable web applications. In this role, you will blend deep technical expertise with team leadership, product thinking, and a drive for continuous innovation.

You will lead by example—architecting high-performance systems, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with design, product, and business teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Delivery: Own and lead full-stack development projects from scratch using Python/Django and Next.js. Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and support a team of developers through technical direction, constructive code reviews, and structured learning sessions to enforce engineering best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into robust, high-impact features.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure swift, reliable deployments. Monitor system performance, guarantee high uptime, and resolve production issues rapidly.

Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies to proactively improve system performance, code quality, and infrastructure scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

- Technical Core: 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Python/Django and Next.js (React, TypeScript, and contemporary JavaScript ecosystem).
- Engineering Leadership: Proven track record of leading or guiding small to mid-sized engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
- System Design: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system design.
- Database & Cloud: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , Docker , cloud platforms ( AWS / GCP ), and automated CI/CD pipelines .
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong technical judgment, and clear communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and cost management.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Exposure to data-driven product development and analytics tools.
