Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled and product-focused Full Stack Engineer who can build scalable, reliable, and user-focused software solutions across the frontend and backend. You will work with modern technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, or Elixir , while leveraging AI-powered development tools and automation to improve engineering productivity.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build high-quality B2B SaaS products, improve system reliability and scalability, and drive initiatives around automation, developer experience, and engineering excellence.

Who You Are

- 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript — React is mandatory.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Go, or Elixir .
- Robust understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, code quality, and technical documentation.
- Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and business-critical applications.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools .
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Passionate about automation, modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement.

What Will Excite Us

- Experience building AI-powered automation, AI agents,

- Strong production experience with Ruby on Rails and React .
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty , or similar platforms.
- Experience reducing operational burden through automation, tooling, and process improvements.
- Experience driving technical debt reduction, platform modernization, or system health initiatives .
- Exposure to EmberJS and frontend migration projects.
- Experience building internal developer platforms, self-service systems, or developer productivity tools.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform .
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products serving enterprise customers.
- Experience with feature flags and release engineering practices.
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and Generative AI frameworks .
- Understanding of engineering maturity frameworks, service catalogs, and production readiness processes.
