About the Role

We're looking for an AI Application Engineer to design, build, and ship applications that integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs across multiple product surfaces from backend services and CLI tools to browser extensions and developer tooling. You'll work at the intersection of application engineering and applied AI, turning LLM capabilities into reliable, well-tested, production-grade features.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and building accessible interfaces (WCAG/A11Y).




- Experience with Node.js for backend/server-side development.
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party or LLM APIs into production applications.
- Practical understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or robust ability to quickly learn and implement it.
- Experience building CLI tools and/or VS Code extensions.
- Strong testing discipline, with experience writing automated tests using Pytest.
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Comfortable with Git/GitHub workflows in a team setting.
- Working knowledge of Bash scripting for automation and tooling.
