Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. You'll work across the front end and back end, contributing to system architecture, application development, performance optimization, testing, and integrations.

Responsibilities

- Define the scope and scale of software projects with the development team.

- Design software system architecture.

- Apply data structures and design patterns.

- Build scalable web applications, services, and APIs.

- Develop and maintain internal software tools.

- Write both low-level and high-level code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.

- Identify bottlenecks and improve application performance.

- Collaborate with the design team on microservices.

- Write and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

Essential

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.





- 2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.

- Robust knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.

- Experience with relational databases and SQL.

- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SES, EC2, and RDS.

Preferred

- Proficiency in at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby/Rails, .NET, or PHP.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- A collaborative, team-first mindset.
