Job Summary

N2S Agrace Tech is looking for an experienced and technically strong Full Stack Developer – Team Lead to lead our software development team and drive the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, along with the ability to lead developers, manage technical tasks, review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full stack developers.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Take ownership of both frontend and backend development activities.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Analyse technical requirements and convert them into effective development solutions.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of development activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance-related challenges.
- Collaborate with management, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and development processes.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular development status updates.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js / Angular / Vue.js.




- Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.
- Strong understanding of SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL and database design.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in leading or mentoring a development team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
- Prior experience in a Team Lead / Senior Developer / Technical Lead role will be preferred.
