Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: 100% Remote, Indian based

 We develop API families for our product to aid greater integration with our clients and partners

 We leverage new techniques and practices as they emerge, leaning into generative AI to reduce toil

As a Full Stack Engineer you will play a crucial role in evolving and accelerating the adoption of

AI models and capabilities to automate and optimise our internal process and create product concepts. The business is leveraging the capabilities of modern large language model to challenge the existing habits and processes. The objective is to reduce the time spent by users toiling at repetitive tasks. The work will focus upon delivering immediate value in the high touch processes and developing proof of concept and beta services to asses client appetite for AI driven products and services. The quick moving nature, means you will work with other experts sharing knowledge and solutions. This talented team is focused upon delivering immediate value, experimenting and trialling concepts to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:  Build applications and services leveraging OpenAI, LangChain, Embeddings and similar  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems,



engaging to fit solutions in to processes and tools

 Collaborate with a 10 person team where you will run at pace to frequently deliver impactful results.  Communicate with users to rapidly transform processes and practices through the adoption of new technology.  Document code and report on project status to ensure transparency with management and team mates. Required Experience and Skills

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field

 Experience with REACTJS, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery

Desktop Support Administrator | 2

 Experience with Python

 Experience with C-Sharp,  Solid experience in data science, data engineering, or related field

 Proven experience as a Developer in a similar role

 Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytic mind.  Ability to self-start and excel within a small, high-pace team.  Experience working directly with users to bring about process and practice transformations.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Experience with Azure, especially data related services (Synapse, Databricks, ML studio, OpenAI)  Able to build and deploy results to Azure using YAML pipelines

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to stakeholders
