About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Full Stack Developer with strong experience in PHP Laravel and frontend development. The candidate should be capable of independently handling web application development, REST APIs, database design, third-party integrations, and server deployment.

We are looking for someone who can understand project requirements, plan technical solutions, develop responsive user interfaces, implement backend functionality, and take ownership of projects from development to deployment.

Experience with Next.js will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP Laravel and frontend technologies.
- Build responsive, user-friendly web pages, dashboards, and admin panels.
- Convert UI designs into functional interfaces that work consistently across browsers and devices.
- Develop secure, scalable REST APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and services.
- Design and manage MySQL databases, relationships, migrations, and queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, middleware, and application security.
- Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, SMS, email, WhatsApp APIs, and Firebase.
- Manage deployment and server tasks, including hosting, cPanel/VPS, domain configuration, SSL certificates, and cron jobs.
- Independently debug and resolve frontend, backend, database, and deployment issues.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and page loading speed.




- Collaborate with designers, Flutter developers, and other web and mobile developers.
- Use Git for version control and maintain clean, structured, and reusable code.
- Prepare and maintain API documentation using Postman or similar tools.
- Test features and resolve issues before delivery.
- Guide junior developers when required.
- Take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress clearly, and meet agreed deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Practical experience developing both frontend and backend components of web applications.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with Laravel Blade and Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience integrating REST APIs into frontend applications.
- Strong understanding of MySQL database design, relationships, and query optimization.
- Good understanding of Laravel MVC architecture, Eloquent ORM, migrations, and seeders.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization using Laravel Sanctum, Passport, JWT, or similar solutions.
- Working knowledge of jobs, queues, events, and notifications.
- Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
- Working knowledge of Linux servers, VPS/cPanel hosting, cron jobs, and deployment.




- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand requirements, recommend practical technical solutions, and work independently without continuous senior-level guidance.

Good to Have

- Experience with Next.js, including routing, rendering, API integration, and deployment.
- Knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience connecting a Next.js frontend with a Laravel backend.
- Payment gateway integration experience with Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe, Paytm, or similar providers.
- Experience with Firebase push notifications.
- Knowledge of Redis, caching, and background job processing.
- Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to lead and guide a small development team.
