Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Node.js, and React.js

.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, solving technical challenges, building scalable web applications, and using modern AI tools to improve development efficiency while maintaining strong programming and engineering fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, maintain, and optimise scalable web applications.
- Build backend services using PHP, Laravel, and Node.js .

- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js .

- Design and optimise MySQL databases .

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Follow Git, code review, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.





- Use AI coding tools to improve development speed and productivity.
- Review, validate, and optimise AI-generated code when required.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel .

- Good understanding of MySQL database design and optimisation .

- Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript .

- Hands-on experience with React.js .

- Experience building and integrating REST APIs .

- Robust knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design .

- Proficiency with Git/GitHub .

- Understanding of software architecture and development best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment processes.
- Experience using AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor .

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AWS or DigitalOcean .

- Understanding of web application security.
- Experience working with remote development teams.
