About Meadbery

Meadbery is a 7-year-old D2C Ayurvedic supplement brand selling via meadbery.com (Shopify) and Amazon India, with a ~35-person telecalling team running order confirmation, reorder, and dietitian workflows through our own CRM.

The Role

We're hiring our first in-house developer to work directly with the founder on our internal CRM — currently built and maintained by an external agency. You'll start by fixing bugs and extending features, and grow into owning the codebase end-to-end, reducing our dependency on outside vendors.

What You'll Work With

- Frontend: React, React Router, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI
- Infrastructure: AWS, Nginx, Ubuntu
- Backend: to be confirmed during interview (likely Node.js) — strong backend fundamentals matter more than the exact language
- Integrations: Shopify, Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API, courier/dispatch APIs, Meta Conversions API

Responsibilities

- Fix bugs and gaps across CRM modules (order confirmation, NDR, reorder, customer records)
- Build new features directly from founder requirements — no internal tech lead,



so you'll own the spec-to-ship process
- Read and work confidently inside an existing codebase built by a third party
- Eventually take primary ownership of the CRM's development and maintenance

Requirements

- 3–6 years' experience, strong hands-on React (hooks, component architecture)
- Comfortable with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (shadcn/ui, Radix, or similar)
- Working knowledge of AWS-hosted deployments (Nginx, Ubuntu environment)
- Able to work independently — this is a solo technical hire reporting directly to the founder
- Good written and verbal communication in English/Hindi

Nice to Have

- Experience with Shopify APIs, Razorpay, or WhatsApp Business API integrations
- Prior experience in a D2C/e-commerce ops or CRM environment
- Any backend experience (Node.js preferred)

Location & Type: Full-time, in-office — Zirakpur / Tricity (Chandigarh-Mohali-Panchkula) Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
