Trilogy India is hiring a Full-Stack Developer to help build our next generation of logistics, automation, and AI products.

Our solutions connect real-world supply-chain operations with modern software, AI, robotics, telemetry, and enterprise platforms.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another ticket queue. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end, solving integration problems, and gradually taking on greater technical and architectural responsibility.

What You’ll Do

- Build and deploy end-to-end full-stack features
- Develop modern web applications using React
- Build backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies
- Integrate with enterprise platforms such as WMS, MES, YMS, ERP, and logistics systems
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into production applications
- Support use cases involving smart search, document/data parsing, vision AI, and automation
- Work with IoT devices, telemetry, sensors, robotics, and edge-connected systems
- Troubleshoot complex third-party integrations
- Participate in technical design and code reviews
- Propose improvements to application architecture
- Use tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT,



and similar AI development tools
- Collaborate directly with Trilogy NextGen’s US team

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of full-stack development experience
- Robust experience with React
- Experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and application integration
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git and CI/CD
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Active interest in Generative AI and LLM-based development
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Self-starter who researches, experiments, and proposes solutions
- Ability to work with US teams during required overlap hours

Preferred
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI API experience
- RAG, embeddings, vector search, or AI agent exposure
- Logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply-chain experience
- WMS, MES, YMS, or ERP integration experience
- IoT, robotics, telemetry, or edge-computing experience
- Autonomous Mobile Robot experience
- Side projects, open-source contributions, or SaaS projects
