Full-stack Developer Intern (Django + Flutter)

AM:PM is a creator-first news app. Short vertical video, fact-checked, for Gen Z and millennials. Every story carries a Take and a Flip: the view everyone is repeating, and the credible counter view nobody is showing you. Live on the Play Store and App Store, worldwide, audience India-first. Pre-seed, raising seed, about fifteen people in the office.

Early team, not a training batch

- You are the only intern on the core path, not one of twenty
- Desk next to the CTO. Founders in the same room.
- Your code reaches a live app within days. That is the offer and the warning.
- Full time seat at the end if it works. We will tell you early and honestly if it is not.

What you touch

- Feed API
- Video delivery: ingest, transcode handoff, time to first frame
- Flutter feed, both platforms: preloading, memory, scroll on bad networks
- Django backend and internal tooling

You

- Final year, recent grad, or self-taught making a case
- No interest in your CGPA
- Python, and something in Flutter that actually runs




- GitHub with real things in it
- Can explain your own code line by line
- Can read code you did not write without panicking
- Use AI daily, catch what it gets wrong
- In Mumbai, Six days, fine with that

A course project counts if you took it past the course. Moves you to the top of the pile

- An app in a store, any app, even a bad one
- Something you built with video, audio or infinite scroll in it
- You have used AM:PM and can point at where it feels slow

Pay: ₹380,951.23 - ₹1,637,230.51 per year
