What You’ll Actually Do:

- Ship features across modern stacks (Node.js, Express, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL).
- Work directly alongside the founding team on architecture, API design, and deployment pipelines.
- Learn how to build for speed, performance, and real-world scale.

What We Care About:

- You can build and ship things (side projects, open source, or functional clones).
- Clean fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and database modeling.
- You know how to leverage modern AI developer workflows (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to multiply your velocity without losing code quality.
- High curiosity and zero tolerance for sloppy architecture.

Role Description As a Full Stack Developer – Fresher / Junior (Node.js & React) at Flocci, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications that power Flocci’s ecosystem. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi, you will collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to build responsive front-end interfaces using React and robust back-end services with Node.js.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include writing clean, maintainable code, integrating APIs, managing data flow between client and server, and contributing to UI/UX improvements. You will participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure reliable, scalable solutions. The role will also involve learning and applying best practices in software engineering, version control, and deployment workflows, while continuously improving your skills under mentorship.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Full-Stack Development, with exposure to both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development.
- Hands-on experience or academic projects using Node.js for server-side Software Development.
- Experience building user interfaces with React or similar frameworks, along with solid understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern HTML.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.
- Comfort with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to debug issues, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Ranchi.
- Interest in building ambitious products, experimenting with new ideas, and contributing to a high-performance engineering culture.
