Full Stack Developer — Fresher / Entry-Level

Location: Noida (Work from Office Preferred)

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹15,000/month during 3-month training period

CTC After Training: ₹3 LPA

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Full Stack Developer who is excited to kick-start their career building real, large-scale SaaS and cloud products. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, learn modern development practices, and contribute to products used by thousands of customers.

If you have strong fundamentals, love solving problems, and are eager to learn backend, frontend, and system design the right way — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js & TypeScript
- Help build and test RESTful APIs under senior guidance
- Work with PostgreSQL and Mongo DB — writing queries and understanding database basics
- Build UI components and features using React
- Learn and contribute to authentication, role-based access, and multi-tenant concepts
- Fix bugs, write clean and readable code, and follow best practices




- Integrate simple third-party APIs (payment gateways, cloud APIs, etc.)
- Participate in code reviews, learn system design, and grow with the team

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and problem-solving
- Basic working knowledge of:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Node.js
- React
- SQL / PostgreSQL/Mongo DB (any relational database)
- REST API concepts
- Understanding of Git and version control basics
- Good debugging mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and a team-first attitude

Eligibility

- B.Tech / MCA (CS/IT) or equivalent, or self-taught developers with strong projects
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience/internships

Valuable to Have (Bonus, Not Mandatory)

- Personal, academic, or internship projects (please share GitHub / portfolio)
- Familiarity with JWT / authentication basics
- Exposure to Redis, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI/automation
- Understanding of how scalable systems work
