We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend and frontend development, with strong expertise in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating closely with technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python and related technologies.
- Design, build, and deploy modern web applications.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and mobile app teams for seamless integrations.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and code reviews.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture and design specs.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and development priorities.
- Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical leadership in development initiatives.
- Work closely with the CTO and technical managers to align engineering with business goals.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Solid experience with Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI preferred).
- Solid frontend development experience using React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
- Good understanding of databases and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
