**Job Summary - Your objective will not simply be to develop features. You will help us build,

maintain and continuously improve a strategic digital platform connecting our customers, sales teams, marketing activities and internal systems. The Extranet / CRM is intended to become a key component of the organisations digital ecosystem and will progressively integrate additional services, systems, countries and users. You will therefore have the opportunity to contribute not only to development, but also to the technical architecture, security, scalability and long-term evolution of the platform.

**Roles Responsibilities

**Platform Development

- Participate in the technical architecture and development of the Extranet / CRM platform
- Develop and maintain both backend and frontend functionalities, with a strong focus on backend development
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions
- Build reusable, maintainable and well-documented components
- Contribute to technical choices and architecture decisions
- Ensure the platform remains scalable as new countries, users, services and functionalities are added
- Maintain consistency and reliability across the different components of the platform
- Contribute to the long-term evolution and technical sustainability of the application **Backend Development API Integrations
- Design, develop and maintain APIs and backend services
- Develop and manage connectors with third-party platforms and internal systems
- Manage data exchanges between the Extranet / CRM and other systems such as: o ERP platforms o Marketing platforms o Authentication services o Internal business applications o Third-party software and services
- Implement appropriate API authentication, error handling, logging and monitoring
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of the platforms databases and data models
- Ensure data integrity, reliability,



security and performance
- Develop robust integration mechanisms between interconnected applications
- Ensure reliable synchronization and traceability of data exchanges
- Design backend services capable of supporting the long-term development of the platform **Data Architecture, Security Access Management
- Contribute to a robust and scalable data architecture
- Ensure data consistency and traceability across the CRM, Extranet and connected systems
- Apply GDPR and data privacy principles throughout the development lifecycle, particularly regarding personal data collection, storage, processing, access and retention

- Implement and maintain web application security best practices
- Protect applications and data against common vulnerabilities and security risks
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Design and manage roles, permissions and access-control mechanisms
- Ensure users can only access the data and functionalities appropriate to their profile and responsibilities
- Participate in the continuous improvement of application security and technical resilience **Frontend Development
- Integrate interfaces and components based on designs provided by the UX/UI team
- Develop responsive, reliable and user-friendly web interfaces
- Ensure consistency between frontend and backend functionalities
- Connect frontend components with APIs and backend services
- Maintain good application performance and compatibility across modern browsers and devices
- Ensure accurate implementation of approved designs and user journeys
- The position does not require advanced UI design skills. The main expectation is the ability to accurately and efficiently implement interfaces designed by the UX/UI team, while ensuring their proper integration with backend functionalities **Maintenance Continuous Improvement
- Maintain the platform and resolve technical issues
- Identify, investigate and fix bugs
- Monitor application performance, availability and reliability
- Analyze technical issues and identify their root causes
- Improve existing architecture and code when necessary
- Refactor components when required to improve maintainability and scalability

- Participate in technical documentation
- Manage application updates and contribute to deployment processes
- Proactively identify technical risks and improvement opportunities
- Recommend relevant technologies, architectural improvements and development practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and platform quality **Deployment Production Environment




- Participate in application deployment and release management
- Contribute to the management of development, testing and production environments
- Support versioning and release processes
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of CI/CD workflows
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and logging of production applications
- Contribute to application availability, reliability and recoverability
- Support the progressive automation of testing and deployment processes **Collaboration Project Coordination
- Work closely with Marketing Management to understand business requirements, priorities and expected functionalities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed interfaces and user journeys
- Work with internal business stakeholders to understand operational requirements
- Coordinate with external developers, agencies, software providers and technology partners when required
- Communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in project planning and development prioritization
- Provide technical estimations for new functionalities and projects
- Identify potential technical constraints, dependencies and risks
- Challenge requirements constructively and recommend better technical approaches when relevant
- Contribute to creating realistic technical roadmaps for the platform **Technical Profile:

We are looking for a developer with solid experience in modern web application development and particularly solid backend capabilities. You should have experience or strong knowledge in:

- Modern backend development
- Modern frontend technologies and frameworks
- REST API design, development and integration
- Third-party API and web-service integrations

- Relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Database and data-model design
- Authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Role-based access control and permission management
- Git and modern version-control workflows
- Testing, debugging and application monitoring
- Web application security best practices

- Application performance optimization
- Deployment and production environment management
- Technical documentation and maintainable software development practice **Knowledge or experience with the following would be highly appreciated:
