CoverYou Group is a fast-growing startup building technology at the intersection of insurance, healthcare and professional protection. Our platforms serve thousands of doctors across India. We're a small, sharp team that ships quickly, and we're looking for a builder who wants real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend and database
- Develop internal tools, portals and dashboards used daily across sales, operations and finance
- Integrate AI into products and workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini etc.)
- Use AI coding tools to move fast without cutting corners on quality
- Work directly with the Founders' Office to turn business problems into working products
- Own your work from idea to deployment and iterate on real user feedback
What We're Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Node.js or Python)
- Hands-on experience with React or Next.js
- Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB)
- Practical exposure to AI/LLM APIs through projects,
internships or hackathons
- Comfortable with Git and deploying apps (Vercel, AWS, Render or similar)
- A portfolio, GitHub or live projects you can show us
Valuable to Have
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases or AI agents
- Built something end-to-end that real people used
- Interest in fintech, insurtech or healthtech
