We are looking for a Full Stack/Backend Engineer with solid experience in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React.js and production debugging .

You will work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to design reliable backend services, optimize database performance, build data pipelines, and troubleshoot issues across applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI .
- Write component based frontend apps using React.js + Vite.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Design efficient database schemas and write optimized queries in PostgreSQL .
- Integrate backend applications with databases, third-party services, and data platforms.
- Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization .
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on architecture and technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow backend development best practices.





Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python .
- Proficiency in React.js
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL , SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs .
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose application, database, API, and data-related production issues.
- Understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows .

Good to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications .
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with application monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
