Role Description The Full Searchers – Title role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru East. In this role, team members conduct comprehensive title searches and review public records to identify liens, encumbrances, and document defects affecting property ownership.

They analyze the chain of title, verify deeds, and ensure that title information is accurate,



complete, and compliant with company and client standards. The role involves preparing clear, organized title search reports, coordinating with internal teams to resolve title-related issues, and supporting escrow and settlement functions as needed. Daily responsibilities also include adhering to established turnaround times, maintaining data integrity in processing systems, and following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of title searches, chain of title, and related public record and Netronline
- Experience reviewing and interpreting deeds and other property transfer documents.
- Ability to identify and analyze liens and encumbrances impacting title status.
- Understanding of escrow processes and their relationship to title and closing activities.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Proficiency with title production systems and standard office software tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in title, mortgage, or real estate operations is preferred; relevant diploma or degree in law, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
