? What You'll Actually Do Day to Day

- ? Run ads and build landing pages that drive webinar/workshop registrations.
- ⚙️ Set up automation and nurture sequences that turn registrants into show-ups.
- ? Get the offer, pricing, and audience quality right so events generate real cash and ROI.
- ✍️ Build offers and write copy that makes coaches' audiences take action.
- ? Create creatives and pages using AI so you can move fast.
- ? Brief, outsource, and direct video editing when required.
- ? Own the client's numbers end to end and report them clearly.
- ? Identify funnel bottlenecks and take action without waiting to be told what to do.

? What We're Looking For

- ? Proof you've run profitable funnels or campaigns — real numbers such as registrations, show-up rate, cash collected, conversion rate, and ROI.
- ? Ability to own a funnel end to end — ads, landing pages, automation, offer, copy, and creative.




- ? Understanding of what makes a webinar/workshop convert — the right offer, price, audience, messaging, and follow-up.
- ? Fluent with AI tools and able to use them to produce copy, creatives, research, and pages quickly.
- ? Able to direct outsourced video editors and communicate transparent creative briefs.
- ? Real understanding of the coaching / info-product industry — how coaches position, sell, and acquire customers.
- ? Strong ownership of numbers and business outcomes.

₹50,000/month fixed

? Incentive: Uncapped

Your incentive is tied directly to what you bill clients.
