Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Fuel Management Operations for a fleet of 500+ vehicles.
- Develop and implement fuel management strategies to optimize fuel consumption and operational costs.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly vehicle-wise fuel consumption and fuel efficiency.
- Manage fuel procurement, allocation, consumption, billing and reconciliation.
- Verify fuel invoices, vendor bills and fuel transaction records.
- Monitor and control fuel theft, pilferage, misuse and abnormal consumption.
- Establish effective fuel control mechanisms, SOPs and monitoring systems.
- Analyze fuel consumption trends and identify discrepancies or unusual patterns.
- Coordinate with Fleet, Finance, Operations, Vendors and OSD teams for fuel-related activities.
- Manage and monitor fuel vendors, service providers and fuel stations.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of fuel records with vehicle movement and operational data.
- Prepare and review Fuel MIS, dashboards, variance reports and management reports.
- Track fuel budget, expenditure and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits and verification of fuel transactions and consumption records.
- Investigate fuel-related discrepancies and take corrective actions.




- Lead and manage the fuel management team and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Present fuel performance, cost analysis and key issues to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in fuel efficiency, cost control and operational processes.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Fuel Management and Fleet Operations.
- Hands-on experience in fuel billing, reconciliation, procurement and vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of fuel theft/pilferage control and consumption monitoring.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, dashboards and data analysis.
- Good understanding of fleet tracking and vehicle movement data.
- Strong leadership, team management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale operations involving 500+ vehicles.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Fuel Management, Fleet Operations, Transport Operations or a similar role.
- Experience handling 500+ vehicle fleets will be preferred.
- Experience in ambulance, emergency service or large-scale fleet operations will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong experience in fuel cost control, billing, reconciliation, vendor management and fuel theft control will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
