Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fiber Network Installation Team Lead to lead and supervise FTTH/FTTx fiber installation and field service activities. The role is responsible for managing field technicians, ensuring quality installations, meeting service timelines, and coordinating with technical and operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise fiber installation and field service teams.
- Plan, allocate and monitor daily FTTH/FTTx installation activities.
- Supervise fiber optic cable laying, splicing, termination and customer installations.
- Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of fiber connectivity.
- Troubleshoot fiber and network-related issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, work allocation and daily job closures.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with installation and safety standards.
- Coordinate with NOC, Service Operations and Technical Teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor installation quality, pending jobs and service completion timelines.
- Maintain installation records, daily reports and field activity updates.
- Guide technicians in handling ONT/ONU, OLT and customer-premises equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned installation and maintenance activities.
- Train and support technicians to improve technical skills and field productivity.





Candidate Requirements

- 10-12 years of experience in FTTH/FTTx, ISP, telecom or fiber network operations.
- Strong knowledge of fiber optic installation, splicing and troubleshooting.
- Experience in supervising and managing field technicians.
- Good understanding of OLT, ONT/ONU and last-mile fiber connectivity.
- Strong team-handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned service locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidates

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
