About the Role

We are looking for an FTC Executive – Raw Material Operations to support end-to-end raw material procurement operations. The role will involve tracking material requirements, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, supporting raw material validation/revalidation, resolving supply-related issues, and maintaining procurement trackers and MIS.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and coordination skills, good command of MS Excel and SAP, and an interest in Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material Supply Assurance





- Monitor raw material requirements against production plans.
- Track material availability and ensure timely supplies for uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding committed delivery schedules.
- Follow up on delayed or pending supplies.
- Identify and escalate potential shortages and supply risks.

2. Raw Material Validation & Revalidation

- Track raw material approval, validation, and revalidation activities.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Suppliers, and Procurement teams for timely closure.
- Maintain validation trackers and relevant documentation.
- Follow up on pending validation activities and ensure completion within timelines.

3. Supplier Coordination & Issue Resolution

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding operational issues affecting material supply.
- Support resolution of quality concerns, replacement requirements, and corrective actions.
- Follow up on supplier commitments and pending actions.
- Support risk-mitigation activities for critical raw materials and fragrances.

4. Reporting & MIS

- Maintain procurement trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Prepare and update operational reports using Excel.
- Support procurement governance, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of procurement-related data.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow up and resolve operational issues.
- Learning agility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Procurement / Supply Chain / Materials Management.

Education

- Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or related disciplines.
- 2025 batch pass-outs preferred.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may be considered.
