Job Title: FSD Trainer – Offline

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable FSD / Fire & Safety Trainer to conduct offline classroom training and guide students in Fire & Safety and HSE-related subjects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training on Fire & Safety and HSE topics.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions, presentations and practical demonstrations.
- Explain safety procedures, standards and industry practices to students.
- Conduct tests, assessments and practical training sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance and feedback.
- Maintain attendance and training-related records.
- Support students in developing practical safety knowledge and skills.
- Ensure effective and engaging classroom learning.

Requirements




- Diploma in Safety or any Engineering Degree.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Safety.
- Candidates with previous HSE Training / Teaching experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of Fire & Safety and HSE practices.
- Candidates must be available in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM).
