Role Description The Fulfillment Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.

The Fulfillment

Executive will oversee daily order processing, ensuring listing of products on multiple channels,vendor management,dispatch of customer orders across multiple channels.

Responsibilities include coordinating and overlooking warehouse staff and courier partners, monitoring inventory levels, updating order statuses in systems, and resolving shipment or delivery issues promptly. The role also involves maintaining documentation for orders and returns, tracking key fulfillment metrics, and supporting process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Executive will work closely with operations, customer support,



and supply chain teams to ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and basic logistics operations.
- Ability to work with order management tools, spreadsheets, and warehouse or e-commerce platforms.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, documentation, and data entry.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills to handle delivery issues, delays, and customer fulfillment concerns.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail operations, or warehouse coordination is preferred.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced environment with daily volume targets and timelines.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
