Job Title: Front Office Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations at our 23-room property. The ideal candidate will ensure high-end service standards, smooth day-to-day operations, and drive revenue through effective management of OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels alongside walk-in and direct bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a consistently high-end guest experience across all touchpoints, from check-in to check-out
- Oversee smooth daily front office operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments
- Manage and optimize bookings across all channels — OTA, online direct, walk-in, and corporate/travel agent
- Actively manage OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Expedia) to maximize visibility, ranking, and revenue
- Monitor rate parity, availability, and promotions across channels to drive occupancy and ADR
- Track and report on KPIs including occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and channel-wise revenue contribution




- Step in and act as Operations Manager when required, handling broader property operations with full ownership
- Handle guest feedback, escalations, and service recovery with professionalism
- Train, guide, and motivate front office staff to maintain service excellence
- Prepare regular performance and revenue reports for senior management review

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in front office management, preferably in a boutique or small-property setting
- Strong working knowledge of OTA management and revenue generation strategies
- Comfortable taking on operations manager responsibilities when needed
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on approach to hotel operations
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) and channel managers preferred
