PF Restaurants is opening a Restaurant & Bar in February 2027 in St Peter Port, Guernsey. We're building a modern British neighbourhood restaurant with elevated comfort food, a curated drinks list, and warm ethos.

We're building our opening front of house team and recruiting for various roles including Floor Staff and Bar Tenders. Both are about delivering confident, warm service that reflects our ethos, built on genuine hospitality and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities - Floor Staff

- Deliver excellent table service with warmth and confidence
- Maintain floor standards, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Support bar and service teams during busy periods
- Work collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager on service flow

Key Responsibilities - Bar Tenders

- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and signature drinks




- Maintain bar standards, cleanliness, stock rotation, and prep systems
- Support the Head Bartender with seasonal drinks development
- Deliver warm, confident service at the bar and on the floor
- Work collaboratively with the FOH team on service flow

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a quality-led bar or restaurant preferred
- Solid communication and guest-facing skills
- Positive, reliable, team‑focused attitude
- Confident guest-facing hospitality skills
