Role & responsibilities

1. Order Entry & Order Management
2. Notices, Specification Confirmation & Related Documents Management
3. Front-End VAS & Accessories Management
4. Size Label Management (In-House Printing vs. Purchasing)

-In-House Size Label Printing Management -Purchasing Size Label Management.
1. Barcode label Management
2. Semi-Finished Goods Shipments, Customs Clearance & Other Non-Trade Shipments
3. Scrap, Customer Complaints & Administrative Support
4. Supervisor-assigned tasks

Preferred candidate profile

1. Fluent English.
2. Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.
3. Able to train and mentor junior staff.
4. Solid execution and follow-up.
5. Patient and detail-oriented.
6. High data accuracy and quality awareness.
7. Willing to travel internationally for training.
8. Be available to work overtime as needed.
