Role & responsibilities

- Order Entry & Order Management
- Notices, Specification Confirmation & Related Documents Management
- Front-End VAS & Accessories Management
- Size Label Management (In-House Printing vs. Purchasing)

-In-House Size Label Printing Management

-Purchasing Size Label Management.

- Barcode label Management
- Semi-Finished Goods Shipments, Customs Clearance & Other Non-Trade Shipments
- Scrap, Customer Complaints & Administrative Support
- Supervisor-assigned tasks

Preferred candidate profile

- Fluent English.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Able to train and mentor junior staff.
- Solid execution and follow-up.
- Patient and detail-oriented.
- High data accuracy and quality awareness.
- Willing to travel internationally for training.
- Be available to work overtime as needed.
