Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and energetic Front Desk & Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for our gym. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and a natural ability to explain our membership packages and convert inquiries into active gym members.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Warmly greet all members and walk-ins, ensuring everyone feels welcome in our unisex facility.

Sales & Memberships: Explain our diverse membership packages, personal training options, and group classes (like HIIT) to potential clients, successfully converting walk-ins and phone inquiries into sales.

Front Desk Operations: Manage member check-ins, process payments, and track membership renewals.

Communication: Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages promptly and professionally.

Facility Management:



Ensure the reception and general gym floor maintain the premium, clean standard our brand represents.

Requirements

Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; a good understanding of English is highly preferred. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front-desk administration (experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is a plus). A pleasant, professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Basic computer skills and comfort using a smartphone for managing leads. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, premium service environment.
