We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide professional assistance to clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned person.
- Attend to client enquiries and provide basic information about the company and its projects.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier, and documents.
- Maintain visitor records and basic office registers.
- Coordinate with sales, admin, and other departments as required.
- Assist the management and team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain basic records and prepare reports using MS Office / Excel.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every client visiting the office.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate with relevant experience.




- Experienced / Freshers can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a qualified and confident approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, active, organized, and presentable.
- Ability to multitask and handle visitors and calls efficiently.
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, front office, or customer service will be an advantage.
