Role Description:

1. The Front Desk Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi, responsible for managing the reception area and serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
2. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling incoming phone calls, directing queries to the appropriate team members, and managing appointment scheduling.
3. The role also involves maintaining visitor logs, coordinating courier and mail services, and keeping the reception and waiting areas organised and presentable.
4. The Front Desk Executive will support basic administrative tasks such as handling inquiries,



assisting with document flow, and ensuring that clients receive courteous, timely information.
5. This position requires consistent professional demeanour, confidentiality, and reliability in managing front-office operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to manage client interactions and visitor experience.
- Candidates should possess skilled phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to handle calls, messages, and front desk operations efficiently.
- Candidates should possess clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with legal staff and convey information accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency (email, office applications, MS Excel) and organisational skills to manage appointments and records.
- Relevant experience in front desk and administration roles in professional service firms is beneficial.
- Must be a graduate.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain calm under pressure, and uphold professional appearance and conduct at all times.
