Key Responsibilities

●
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to review and understand US client job requirements.

- Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical alignment, and cultural fit.

- Schedule interviews and manage end-to-end coordination between candidates and clients.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records within the database.

●
- Develop an understanding of US recruitment regulations, visa types, and market trends.

Eligibility Criteria

●
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business backgrounds preferred).

●
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

●
- Mandatory willingness to work permanent night shifts aligned with US time zones.

●
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, major job boards, and social media tools.

●
- Strong organizational skills with a target-driven mindset.
