We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Fresher Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining proper follow-up records.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide appropriate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain daily call records and customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with calling and performance targets.
