Software Tester Trainee

OBJECTIVE SOLUTIONS provides comprehensive project lifecycle services, from requirement analysis, design, application development, enterprise application integration (EAI), re-engineering, as well as testing, and maintenance.

Our application development services include requirement gathering/analysis, project planning, execution, and management, as well as independent testing, deployment, maintenance & version update services.

For our expansion, we are looking for Trainee Software Tester (Pune based).

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (completed their bachelor’s degree in 2025/2026).

Certification: Testing course from any institute is mandatory

Mode of Selection: offline Interview

Technical skills

· Knowledge of PLSQL, MS SQL Database, manual testing, selenium, java/corejava.

Other skills Required:

· Robust attention to detail and analytical skills

· Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts

· Excellent communication skills(Both verbal & written)

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

· Team player with a collaborative attitude

Responsibilities:

-Test execution: Assist in executing test cases to identify defects and issues in software applications·

-Issue document: Document and report identified issues, including clear and concise descriptions, steps to reproduce, and screenshots if necessary

-Regression Testing:



Participate in regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved and that current changes haven't introduced new problems

-Test data management: Help in creating and maintaining test data sets required for various testing scenarios·

-Test documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports

-Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback

-Communication: Communicate effectively within the QA team and with other project stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes

-Continuous learning: Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices through training and self-study

-Quality assurance: Follow established quality assurance processes and standards to ensure software meets high-quality standards

-Automation support: Assist in test automation efforts by learning and using testing automation tools

1st floor, Tilak Bhavan, Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, Near Alka Talkies, Pune-30

Schedule: Day shift

Mon-sat (9.00am-6.00pm)

Work location: In person

Note: Candidate need to give 2 years of commitment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
