Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Assist in machine operation and production processes.
- Maintain quality standards during production.
- Support the team in achieving production targets.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Report production or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Learn and follow company procedures and processes.
Skills Required
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and disciplined approach.
- Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Any relevant qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on qualification, skills and interview performance)
