We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Robotics Design & Competition Mentor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robots for FIRST Robotics competitions, while also mentoring students in robotics, mechanical design, and engineering concepts.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy robotics, CAD designing, prototyping, competitions, and working with students.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze the detailed requirements and rules of FIRST Robotics competitions.
- Research previous FIRST Robotics competitions, robot designs, and successful strategies to support design decisions.
- Design and develop robotic mechanisms and components using CAD software.
- Create prototypes, test designs, identify issues, and make necessary improvements.
- Work closely with engineers, mentors, and students to develop and refine robot designs.
- Guide and mentor students in mechanical design, robotics, engineering concepts, and problem-solving.
- Encourage students to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ensure robot designs comply with competition rules, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of designs, modifications, testing results, and development processes.
- Support the team during robotics competitions, testing sessions, and preparation activities.
- Contribute new ideas and technical solutions to improve robot performance.

Required Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma or currently pursuing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of mechanical design and engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360,



or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of robotics mechanisms, prototyping, and fabrication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability and interest in mentoring and guiding students.
- Passion for Robotics, STEM education, engineering, and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with FIRST Robotics, VEX Robotics, or other robotics competitions.
- Experience in designing or building competition robots.
- Experience with rapid prototyping, fabrication, or 3D printing.
- Experience working with students or in a robotics/STEM education environment.
- Candidates with solid competition experience or exceptional technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹19,876.51 - ₹32,271.20 per month
