Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Fresher will support pre-publishing activities, including assisting with basic editing tasks, formatting and layout of educational content, and checking materials for consistency and accuracy. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with senior team members, updating project status reports, organizing files and assets for graphics and typesetting, and learning company tools and workflows.

The role also involves following quality guidelines, meeting project timelines, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.





Qualifications

- Ability to learn and apply basic editing, formatting, and document layout concepts for school book publishing.
- Comfort with using computers, office applications, and willingness to learn publishing and graphics-related software.
- Robust attention to detail, with the ability to review content for accuracy, consistency, and visual clarity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with editors, designers, and project coordinators.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Educational background in any discipline; a degree or coursework related to publishing, English, design, or media is an advantage.
- Interest in school book content, digital publishing, and developing skills in pre-editing, typesetting, and graphics.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tamil Nadu and grow within a structured training and mentoring environment.
