Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to ensure productive production of electronic components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation of production procedures, including process flowcharts and work instructions.

- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment malfunction or product defects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (Production Engineering).

- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Computers).

- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
