Role & responsibilities

Manage daily Health claims files taking into account the procedures specific to the insurance company to compensate the insured / third party quickly respecting the guarantees provided by insurance contracts, quality, service and deadlines. Daily management of policies: recent policy set-up, modification of existing policies, etc. via mail in French language.

European Claims handling since the opening of the file on the basis of the declaration of loss, until settlement and reimbursement to the insured

Management of policies: new policy set-up, modification of existing policies, etc.

Customer query handling via mail in French language

Opening of claim case according to the declarations filled by the insured

Settlement and reimbursement of claims





Communication to the insured To achieve productivity targets with respect to processing guidelines as per the pre-agreed norms To adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements are met as per the target

Achieve proficiency in the process and deliver to the requirement of critical service delivery parameters by the end of the training period.

Profile

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate or equivalent experience in a similar position is an advantage

Knowledge of health and disability insurance is an asset

Required B2 level French

MS-Office knowledge
